If you receive a book that has printing errors, missing pages, or structural damage from shipping, please contact us at Kothakhahon68@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement copy immediately at no additional cost.
Since we specialize in cash on delivery transactions, returns will either be replaced with a fresh copy or refunded via direct bank transfer or UPI within 5-7 working days after receipt of the returned product.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (status "Pending" or "Confirmed"). Once the package is shipped out, cancellation is no longer supported.
